Discounts and Offers
-Cannot be used in association with another discount or promotional code.
-All special offers (including Black Friday deals), unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with another offer.
-More than one discount cannot be applied to a single transaction.
-“6 for 5” deals are already discounted and cannot be further reduced.

Vehicle Booking
-If the Young Driver requires an automatic vehicle, it must be pre-booked.
-To book an automatic, select ‘Auto’ from the drop-down menu on the booking page.

Gift Vouchers
-All gift vouchers, unless otherwise specified on the voucher, are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
-A gift voucher or third-party voucher cannot be used as payment or part-payment for another gift voucher.

Essential Points to Remember
-We have over 70 sites across the UK — use the venue finder tool to locate your nearest location.
-Arrive 15 minutes before your lesson and check in at the Young Driver™ reception.
-A team member will check you in and introduce you to your instructor.
-Your instructor will greet you a few minutes before your lesson and ensure you're comfortable in the car.
-If you've purchased the in-car film, collect the memory card at the desk and give it to your instructor. You’ll receive it back before you leave.
-As long as you're over 1.4m tall, you can drive a dual-control Suzuki Swift or similar vehicle.
-The minimum age to participate is 9 years old.
-Due to our child protection policy, a parent or guardian must attend.
-You're welcome to bring additional guests — they can watch from the viewing area.
-There is a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you contact us within this time, you're entitled to a refund of the lesson cost.

Booking Changes
-You may change your booking date with more than 7 days’ notice.
